Sounds interesting! I am always looking for ways to build revenue for myself and family. But what if you are older and do not have knowledge of building websites? Any good recommendations to get started. Any websites or books? Any mentors?

Not sure exactly what kind of bidding site templates you are looking for. To host auctions like Ebay or to include Ebay auctions and profit from their affiliate program?

If you use HostGator hosing, they have 4450 very nicely designed templates you can use for free. Template Monster also has a nice selection, these are not free.

You could also outsource to someone from rentacoder or scriptlance.

If you want to get serious with it, have a look at vretycoon.com for some detailed, step by step blueprints.

Thanks for the eye openers… I am interested in the web biz and more so a bidding site. any template that I can download? any ideas to guys who sell such at affordable rates?
